PowerToys is a rapid-incubation, open source team aimed at providing power users ways to squeeze more efficiency out of the Windows shell and customize it for individual workflows. It includes nine utilities at the moment, including PowerRename, an image resizer, and a quick launcher called PowerToys Run.
